How your order travels
- You orderWe get your order and email you a confirmation with your order number (it starts with PS-).
- We check itWithin 1 working day we check sizes and stock, then send the order to the maker.
- The maker packs itOur partner packs your gear carefully and adds a Pitchside thank-you card.
- It shipsYou get a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel.
- Match day!Your gear arrives. Tell us how it went. We love photos of gear in action.

Returns and swaps
Wrong size? Swaps are free within 30 days if the gear is clean and unworn outside. Just contact us with your order number and we'll sort it.
Faulty item? Send us a photo and we'll replace it or give your money back.
